Cynthia Solis serves as Senior Property Manager at South Property Management, leading the operational strategy and execution of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio throughout South Florida. She oversees property operations, annual operating budgets, CAM administration, capital improvement projects, tenant relations, vendor performance, and lease administration, ensuring every asset is managed with operational discipline, financial accountability, and a strong focus on ownership objectives. Working closely with ownership and the finance team, Cynthia transforms strategic objectives into measurable operational results through proactive leadership, disciplined execution, and a commitment to preserving long-term asset value while enhancing the tenant experience.

Adriana Rubinsztein serves as Senior of Finance & Accounting manager at South Property Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, accounting, and financial administration. She leads the company’s financial operations, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, tax coordination, budgeting support, cash management, and internal financial controls across the commercial property portfolio. Her expertise ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and transparent reporting, providing property owners with the information and confidence needed to support sound investment decisions and long-term asset performance.
